Summary: There were so many great things about staying at this property. Relaxing atmosphere, with nice size yard for the puppies. Definitely the most comfortable bed that we have slept in away from home. Small amenities that just make life easier if you forget to bring something. Got a horrible sunburn and was able to use the aloe plant in the house and it helped so much. The owner of the property was fantastic, even when my dad showed up 3 hours early. He happened to be at the house and they talked for quite a bit. Highly recommend staying at this property!!

Summary: Kris was an excellent property manager -- communication was very clear and fast, property was just as described; very clean and well appointed, and the extra perks he added (specific drink choices for my wife and I, and the kids) made the overall experience all the more enjoyable. Summary: Beautiful Home! Great for a family get away and perfectly centered near many of Cincinnati events! Very clean, spacious, comfortable and Kris made sure our needs were accommodated! Summary: Family of six (kids ages 6-12), enjoyed our two-night stay, and house was just as described. Bathrooms were very clean, and kitchen was spacious with helpful basic supplies. There are phone chargers throughout the house and in each bedroom. Street parking only, but plenty of space directly in front of the house. It was easy to drive into downtown and to the surrounding neighborhoods. We walked to the zoo one afternoon.

Summary: My family was in Cincy to visit my son for a UC basketball game. Loved everything about the house and our stay. Great location, clean, spacious. The hospitality from Kris the host went beyond what one would expect. Kris added many extras conveniences . For example phone chargers through out the house, Wifi password signs conveniently located and rock salt for outside walkway. Kris clearly wants to make sure the guests have a hassle free experience. Thank you Kris!
